Dear Sir,

During my studies, I did some courses about international relations and also I have participated in a wide range of social activities such as summer camps when I was at school.
Due to my studies, I am very into social issues related to education, especially those related to English as a second language on Spanish speakers countries. I think I will be very helpful. In addition, I van properly manage communication issues due to my journalism postgraduate.
I would be very grateful if you give me the opportunity to meet you during the week. If you are interested, you can contact me at majosefaexxanchez@gmail.com. I check my mail twice a day.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,

Formal Letter
Dear Madame,
I am writing to ask for more information about a Cruise which takes place in Asia I saw the advertisement in 'El Mercurio' Newspaper . I would be grateful if you could clarify some doubts.
My friend and I are about to finish university in a couple of months and we are looking to traveling to Asia. We went through the different tours and we would like to know if there is one available form Busan, North Korea.
Secondly, we would like to know more details about accommodation, we would like to reserve a stateroom with a large balcony if it is possible.
Lastly, could you tell me please if the price includes onboard security and shoe and land excursions. Those points are not clear in the advertisement, but we know that food and port tickets are included in the package.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,

Can music heal people?
Since we are born, music is always with us. We are used to listening to music and in most cases music takes an important role in our development, but there are some people who give more importance to the fact that music can heal people. Making aside their beliefs, music can only provoke on us a placebo effect.
'Music has grown up with us' some experts affirm, how can it not heal people? Its effects are huge and as it is well known, music provoke feeling better. It affects the human brain and also cells. Even diseases are caused by human brains, can be cured by music.
Although music can only help feeling better just for a while, and despite the fact that it is used in some therapies, it cannot heal the whole body. If music had saved people, we would have a lot of doctors experimenting on it.
Research have been carried out around the world. However, I think that music only brings a placebo effect. It makes us feel better but it does not heal us. If that were possible, the world would be crowded of musicians for healing people.

Description of an Event: Music Bank Chile
On November 2nd during last year, I had the opportunity to go to one of the most important music festival in South Korea, but this time it took place in Viña del Mar. The programm is called 'Music Bank'.
The festival started at 8 pm. and there were a lot of expectation about it. It was the first time that the program was presented out of the Asian continent, and six of the most important Korean bands permormed at Quinta Vergara between 8 ad 11 pm.
The curtains were open and all the bands came out of stage in order if their presentation. First MBLAQ (stands for Music Boy Live in Absolute Quality) , then Rania and After School, CN Blue (stands for Code Name Blue), Davichi and last but not less important Super Junior. All the bands performed at least 3 songs and they also presented an 'Special Stage' where songs as 'Todos Juntos' from Los Jaivas and 'Gracias a la Vida' from Violeta Parra were sang. Also they danced some of the most important Latin Amercian exponents as Living la vida loca from Ricky Martin. Of course Gangnam Style could not be absent!
All things together cosidered, it is one of the most amazing concerts I've ever been. Singers were not doing playback and their on stage performance was pretty clear. Definitily If I had the opportunity to go again I won't doubt it.

Science and Humanities
During many
years, science has been considered more important than humanities. However, the
relation between them is more obvious than the differences around these areas.
Scientists
think that their discipline is more important than humanities, because their
field of study whose aim is finding new theories which lead to new research
about life phenomena, the discoveries they have made and the impact that
their paradigms caused around the world when they change.
However, there
is no one more important than the other. The aim of both disciplines is to find
a better way to live. Humanities, as we may know, are centered in social
factors whose purpose leads them to solve life's problems from a social point
of view. The field of science is centered in constant researches about
phenomena which affect human life.
Personally, I
think that both fields have the same concern and share the same ideal, only
that they perspective of viewing ‘Quality of Life' is different. The same aim from
different points of view.
